Israel is an experienced Certified Public Accountant, with a range of senior leadership experience in financial advisory and management consulting. He has co founded several commercial organisations and charitable trusts, gaining over a decade of experience in governance positions.

David has over 20 years of experience in governance, senior executive, and leadership roles with significant residential and commercial development experience. He also works with organisations and Donor Advised Funds on strategic direction and project implementation.

Ramonette is a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant in the Philippines and Australia/New Zealand, with over 18 years of experience. She ensures financial compliance, guides strategic planning, and leads finance functions, while mentoring others and promoting a values-driven approach to financial stewardship.

Nicola brings extensive experience in legal, risk, and governance roles across both the public and private sectors, with a focus on housing and urban development. 

Stuart is an economist, charted accountant, and capital markets professional. He is the Co-Founder and Director of the Sustainable Property Investment Fund, was a Commissioner on the Auckland Unitary Plan and served as Chair of the New Zealand Government’s $1 billion Housing Infrastructure Fund.

Maddie leads brand and communications across all Home Foundation entities, developing strategies, managing digital channels, and ensuring messaging remains clear, consistent, and mission-aligned. The work is carried out by a team driven to make a meaningful difference, approaching challenges with boldness, compassion, and purpose. This collective effort fosters an environment of energy and inspiration, ensuring the organisation’s voice and values remain strong and impactful.

Cassidy Willetts supports Home Capital Partners with digital development initiatives and helps strengthen the organisation’s online presence through social media and digital strategy implementation.

Alongside her digital focus, Cassidy supports the production of fund documentation, applying a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism across all communications. Her combined expertise in content, strategy, and execution helps Home Capital Partners communicate effectively and consistently across all platforms.

Kelvin is Group Finance Manager at Home Foundation, bringing more than 12 years of experience in financial leadership across New Zealand, South Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. A qualified professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting, he has expertise in financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and process improvement.

He is passionate about using finance to strengthen decision-making and impact. With strong analytical and leadership skills, Kelvin has a track record of delivering accurate reporting, driving efficiencies, and creating automated processes that support timely and informed outcomes.

Alongside his finance expertise, Kelvin has developed a strong interest in IT, cybersecurity, and programming—skills he applies to create more efficient and automated finance functions that provide faster, more accurate reporting.

Karla brings specialist expertise in financial accounts, reporting, and payroll, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting and CPA Australia membership. At Home Capital Partners, she manages period-end processes, leads the Finance Support team, and oversees payroll and financial accounts across multiple entities. She enjoys the problem-solving her role involves and is proud to have led system improvements that reduced admin and improved accuracy.

Fulbright and Reserve Bank Scholar Suzanne is a leading economic strategist recognised for her solutions-focused and outcome-driven approach. 

Her distinguished career, including serving as Chief Economist, first at Jarden&Co Sharebroker and then at the Department of Social Welfare and the Housing Corporation of New Zealand, followed by nearly 15 years as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers leading its economic strategy unit reflects her commitment to values-based impactful economic outcomes for whanau and their communities. She has consistently applied economic insight to strengthen public institutions and corporate practice, ensuring financial integrity serves community wellbeing
