# Home Capital Partners

> Home Capital Partners is an impact-focused investment fund manager based in Ōtautahi Christchurch, New Zealand, unlocking capital for social and affordable housing across Aotearoa. The firm manages three housing funds — The New Zealand Housing Fund, the Housing Development Fund and the Church & Communities Land Fund — with $58 million in assets under management, a $750 million development pipeline and $700 million of homes delivered to date. All funds are open to wholesale investors only.
